The websites builda.community and any related pages or subdomains (hereinafter collectively “Website” or “Websites”), together with the Builda workspace platform and its web and mobile applications (the “Service”), are owned and operated by Builda LLC, a Texas limited liability company (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our,” “Builda”). Purpose
Builda is an operating system for organizations: a hosted, white-label workspace platform. An organization (a “Client”) creates a workspace (a “Workspace”) and uses it to run its operations, including users, roles and user groups, boards, tickets and assignments, chat and direct messages, forums, programs and events, courses, achievements and leaderboards, and custom branding and domains. The purpose of the Website is to describe the Service and to let Clients create and manage their Workspaces. Information we publish about the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. Should you elect to create a Workspace or purchase the Service, you acknowledge and understand you are making an independent decision that the Service is right for your organization.
Not Professional Advice
Builda provides software. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Website or in the Service is intended to be a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.
Content inside a Workspace, including posts, messages, courses, programs, files, and any other materials (“Workspace Content”), is created by Clients and their users, not by Builda. Each Client decides what goes into its Workspace and is responsible for it. We do not review, endorse, or verify Workspace Content, and it does not represent our views. Any decision to rely on Workspace Content is yours alone.
Voluntary Use
By choosing to visit the Website or use the Service, you understand and agree that you are voluntarily choosing to do so, and that you are solely responsible for how you and your organization configure and use the Service, and for any outcomes or results (positive or negative). We cannot be responsible for any action you may choose to take based on information available through the Website or the Service.
No Guarantees
The Service is designed to help organizations run their operations. However, the results your organization achieves depend on many factors outside our control, including how the Service is configured and adopted, your team, and your business. Workspace Content is posted by Clients and their users. Should you see anything objectionable or offensive in a Workspace, you agree to (1) report it to that Workspace’s administrator or notify us of the material, and (2) not take any action against us based on content posted by a third party. You understand we cannot be responsible for material posted by a user without our control, and agree to release us from any and all claims arising therefrom.
Should you choose to utilize information offered on our Website or in the Service, whether free or for purchase, you understand that we are not liable to any party for any damages – whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, incidental, or otherwise – stemming or perceived to stem from use of or reliance upon any information contained or found on our Website or in the Service. You also understand and agree that we are not liable for any damages incurred as a result of your reliance or use of information written by a third party, including Workspace Content, and you agree to release us from any and all claims stemming from, or perceived to stem from, reliance on such information.
